We provided technical management expertise in the evolution of a new software service business. Over a period of nine months we defined technical strategy, technology choice and operational processes, and was part of the team working to attract venture capital funding.
Interim Management
We created a software development department from the ground up for an online software product company, including: software development, system testing, IT operations, technical pre-sales and customer help desk.
Solution Delivery
Our solution delivery team developed an iPhone application in Objective-C to manage patient examination records over the web. The iPhone application retrieved and returned data through SOAP web services, interacting with the customer's web server in the USA.
